Accommodation
Being in an elevated position Gulls Roost is approached by steps and has wonderful sea views, a comfortable lounge and separate dining room with sea views. Sliding patio doors lead out onto a decked area overlooking the sea with furniture and built in BBQ. A hallway leads to a bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, whb and toilet. The well equipped kitchen has a rear door to a small sunny courtyard. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with TV and French Doors leading to a new conservatory with furniture where you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views. This leads to a decked balcony. There is pretty twin room with TV, and an upstairs cloakroom with toilet and WHB. A folding bed is available on request for use in the conservatory would suit teenager.
